Step 1 -Explore nearby cafés and restaurants which offer vast selection of redeemable meals.

Step 2 - Pre-order and pre-pay your favourite meals.

Step 3- Receive push notification when the meal is ready for pick-up.

Step 4 - Enjoy munching!

Step 5 - Redeem a free meal in the next order or purchase after a designated number of purchases at the same café or restaurant*.


3.   What are the perks of using Air Munch?

(a)  Queueless and save more time - Take your frustration out in queuing and make the food wait for you. Foodies will receive push notification when the food is ready for pick-up.

4.   Do I have to register to browse the redeemable meals?

No. You don’t have to register as a user to browse/explore nearby restaurants or cafes which offer vast selection of redeemable meals. But you do have to log in as a user to make your order or register as a new user before making your order if you have not registered with Air Munch before.


5.   How can I pay my order?

You can pay the order online by using credit or debit card. 


6.   How do I know my meal is ready for pick up?

You will receive push notifications when the food is ready for pick-up.


7.   Why am I getting a push notification that my meal is being cancelled?

Restaurant or merchant may cancel your order in the event they can’t fulfil the order. In such circumstance, you will be refunded.


8.   Once I have made an order, can I still cancel or change it?

You can contact the Restaurant or Merchant. But it will be subjected to the Restaurant or Merchant to accept your cancellation or changes. Please refer to Terms of Use for more information.


9.   There don’t seem to be any restaurants listed in my nearby area?

It will be much appreciated if you can contact us via the app or submit the form in the website or email us admin@airmunch.com.au. We are trying our best to cover our Service across Australia. Register with us via the mobile application so that you can be the first to hear about Air Munch’s news and promotions.


10.  If I did not receive the push notification that my meal is ready or even after Pick-Up Time?

Please kindly call the merchant to check the status of your order. You can obtain the Merchant contact number in the Order Details in the app.


11.  How do I know my order is in the process of preparing?

You will receive push notification when the Restaurant or Merchant starts to prepare your meal.
